BROKER'S COMMENT:

The VZ shipyard is a facility located close to Venice, producing small numbers of yachts to a high standard. The design and build quality is arguably superior to the mass produced yachts in this size category. This example has a master cabin and two twin berth cabins, which are all en-suite. PLUS a double cabin for the Captain with a décor suitable for guests if there is an ‘owner driver’, AND a single crew cabin.
 
Great features include the window that opens up between the saloon and the aft deck (as seen on Ferretti yachts), giving an open plan feeling to the yacht. Another feature is the high quality stainless steel and teak fittings such as the beautiful ladder leading from the aft deck to the fly bridge.
 
The engine room is equipped with the larger engine options (2 x MAN 1050 hp), giving speeds of 25 knots cruising and 34 knots maximum (claimed). The range is roughly 500 NM with a 3,800 l fuel capacity. She burns 200 l/hr at 25 knots.
 
There is a large swim platform, presently home to a tender with a 60hp outboard (suitable for water skiing). There are dining areas on the aft deck and on the fly bridge. The saloon has a soft leather sofa in a cream colour.
 
MCA certified and able to recover her costs through charter. Berth in Nice could be continued at only about EUR 1,000 per month! Maintained by the same Captain since new, she is ready to go.
